Col. Sumant Khare

With over 40 years of experience, Col. Sumant Khare is an accomplished facilitator and Coach, and is the Founder – Director of Nvision Learning and Development. As a Consultant, he has worked with corporates across industry sectors in the past 14 years.

He set up Nvision Learning and Development in 2009, offering cutting edge solutions in People & Organizational Development. Nvision’s solutions adopt a multidisciplinary approach underpinned in research from the field of Neuroscience.

Col Khare’s expertise lies in designing and conducting programs and workshops in the areas of Strategy and Strategic Thinking, Leadership & Managerial Development, Building Teams, Behavioural Skills, Change Management, NLP, Emotional Intelligence (EI), among others. Through his career, he has trained over 50,000 working professionals and Coached over 500 corporate leaders and managers.

Sumant has a deep interest in Neuroscience and its application in People & Business solutions. With a number of courses and certifications to his credit from leading institutions like Harvard, MIT, The Neuroscience Academy Australia, to name a few, his expertise lies in the application of Neuroscience based solutions to People, Business & Organizational Development.

Post his military service, Col. Khare has worked in senior HR roles at Airtel, Reliance Retail, Future Group, Force Tech Training, and Varuna Integrated Logistics, where he was the Group HR Head.

A science graduate, Sumant is an MBA (HR) and MSc in Defence & Strategic Studies.

When he’s not conducting workshops and interventions, you’ll find him playing the guitar, singing, painting , sketching, or writing poetry.

Anuj is an experienced and certified Change (Management) Practitioner who has successfully led many timely and highly effective change initiatives for Organizations that he has been associated with over the years. He is also an experienced and certified Neuro Leadership Coach among many other professional qualifications and number of learning reinforcing certificates that he holds.

As an educator, management consultant and a leadership coach Anuj continues to support aspiring professionals, businesses, and business leaders by being a credible thinking partner for the discerning! He is also a regular guest speaker and a visiting faculty at number of professional institutes and corporates.

Col. Kulwant Kataria Sena, Sena Medal (Gallantry)

With over 30 years of experience, Col. Kulwant Kataria is an accomplished Facilitator, Behavioral Assessor, and Coach. As a consultant, he has worked with corporates across industry sectors in the past 10 years.

Col Kataria’s expertise lies in conducting programs in the areas of Leadership and managerial Development, Building Teams, Behavioural Skills, Change Management, NLP, and Emotional Intelligence (EI), among others. Throug his career, he has trained over 20,000 working professionals, conducted behavioural assessments of 10000 professionals, and coached over 500 corporate leaders and managers.

Kulwant has a deep interest in the study of human behavior and its application in People Development. With many courses and certifications in human behaviour from leading institutions under his belt, his expertise lies in the application of Psychology to the competency development of People, Business and Organizational Development.

Post his military service, Col. Kataria has worked as an independent consultant with KPMG and conducted over 500 Assessment Development Centres. A commerce graduate, Kulwant is an MBA (HR) and a Psychologist. He is a keen sportsman and a movie buff.
